Meet Our CEO
Fiona Boyle
Fiona, our CEO, is a registered psychologist with business management qualifications and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Before joining Kooyoora, she served as CEO of Gippsland Centre against Sexual Assault for over 9 years, where she initially worked as a Counsellor/Advocate and Senior Clinician. Her experience led her to focus on understanding the well-being of individuals, teams, and organisations, given her responsibility for an organisation primarily dealing with trauma.
Fiona's background includes work in private practice, community health settings, and therapeutic programmes, including working with children who have experienced family violence and victims of crime. She has also provided professional supervision to therapists and mentoring to CEOs.
She takes pride in her advocacy work, particularly in establishing multidisciplinary centres in Gippsland and across the state. Fiona has also contributed to giving children a voice in out-of-home care and child protection care planning meetings.
Meet Our Board
Our committed governance board comprises passionate individuals dedicated to combating child neglect and abuse, playing a pivotal role in advancing our mission. They wholeheartedly dedicate relentless efforts to create a brighter future for children in Australia and New Zealand.
