Counselling Services
We offer brief to medium-term counselling that is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s goals, needs, and circumstances. Our approach focuses on stabilisation, practical skill development, and measurable progress, supporting safety, wellbeing, and recovery.
Counselling is available to complainants, respondents, witnesses, and clergy (for supervision).
Sessions are available both via telehealth and in person.
You can access counselling through a referral via Kooyoora, or by self-referral with informed consent.
