Counselling Services
We offer brief to medium-term counselling that is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s goals, needs, and circumstances. Our approach focuses on stabilisation, practical skill development, and measurable progress, supporting safety, wellbeing, and recovery.
Counselling is available to anyone over the age of 18.
You can access counselling through a referral via Kooyoora, or by self-referral with informed consent.
A mental health care plan from your GP will allow you to claim a rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The following private health insurers also provide a rebate on mental health social work: Bupa, HCF, Teacher’s Health, Doctor’s Health, St Lukes Health and Uni Health.
Sessions are available both via telehealth and in person.
